Cincinnati NAACP submits a public information request to gather information regarding the building of Cincinnati Public Schools over the last 5 years.

Dear Cincinnati School Board Representatives:

I am writing a public information request to gather information regarding the building of Cincinnati Public Schools over the last 5 years.
  • Please provide a list of each school that has been built and the contractor for the last 5 years.

.

  • Please provide the total amount of money spent on Cincinnati Public Schools being built over the last 5 years.

.

  • Please provide certified payroll records for the last 5 years on Cincinnati Public Schools that were built.

.

  • Please provide the total number of African American contractors by name, address, and telephone number that have worked on Cincinnati Public Schools.

.

  • Please provide the total amount of money that CPS has paid DAG, TYS, and Turner to manage the building of Cincinnati Public Schools.

.

  • Please provide if any payments to the above companies are apart of your inclusion numbers that you present to the community.

.

  • Please provide any audit that the Cincinnati School Board has requested on any construction of a CPS that would verify that the numbers that the contractors have provided are accurate.   

.

  • Please provide a list of any award that CPS has given to any contractor regarding inclusion over the past 5 years.  This would include address, telephone number and name of business.

.

  • Please provide any process the School Board uses to verify that "pass-throughs or fronts" are not being used to build Cincinnati Public Schools.

.

  • Please provide any disparity study that CPS has completed in the last 5 years.
