Dear African American Contractors,
.
This Article is a big win for the African American Community.  The Baptist Ministers Conference deserve recognition for fighting for inclusion for African American Contractors.  Big thanks to Jim Clingman, Chair of Economic Development for the Cincinnati NAACP, for his work and analysis of contracting in Cincinnati.  Also, big thanks to Tracy Gragston who continues to investigate each company that CPS identifies a minority company.  The Cincinnati NAACP will defeat the practice of "front companies and pass-throughs" as a common practice to reach African American participation.  Our investigation into this matter is not complete.
If we stick together all of us can benefit from economic projects.  All of us must think big and do our work for the good of the entire community.  This unselfish strategy will yield big dividends for all of us not just a few!  As we move into the MLK Holiday do business with African American people.  We can not ask others to do business and your dentist, lawyer, accountant, financial planner, doctor, pastor, is any body other than an African American.  I will need your continued prayers as the Cincinnati NAACP fights for your economic freedom.  Please join the Cincinnati NAACP today.
.
Please read the entire Article below.  Congratulations.  I suspect it will be difficult by the end of the day for anyone to find a hard copy of this article.  I have not suggested to anyone to get a newspaper but today pay $.75.

President of the Cincinnati NAACP
