Interstate 71 Uptown Access Study

Land Use Workshop

TranSystems and DNK Architects, consultants to the City of Cincinnati on the Uptown Access Study, will conduct a land use workshop in relation to I-71 access in the vicinity of Martin Luther King Drive, Taft Road, and McMillan Street. 

The workshop will be the first step in evaluating potential land use and economic development that may result from the proposed I-71 interchange improvements.  The meeting will be a public workshop where the team will present possible focus areas/redevelopment sites, and then hold breakout sessions where participants can answer questions, tell the team what factors to consider when evaluating land use changes, and recommend additional focus areas if needed.
