March 17, 2010 . Cincinnati NAACP Media Release . The Cincinnati NAACP President Christopher Smitherman and Baptist Ministers Conference President Dock Foster would like to thank everyone for supporting the community's efforts to fight Cincinnati Public Schools against their practice of economic exclusion. Both President Smitherman and President Foster were arrested and released today. Both men are doing well. . Smitherman and Foster are due in court tomorrow Thursday, March 18, 2010 at 12:30 PM at the Justice Center courtroom A. All are encouraged to attend. Smitherman says "We will continue to fight Cincinnati Public Schools against their economic apartheid practices." . Remember the next General NAACP meeting is Thursday, March 25, 2010 at 6:00 PM at Integrity Hall. The main agenda item is the Cincinnati Public School Levy.
