Cincinnati NAACP President Christopher Smitherman and Cincinnati Baptist Ministers Conference President Dock Foster pled NOT GUILTY at todays hearing.  They will go back to court in April 2010.  Both could face 30 days in jail and a 250 dollar fine.  President Foster's Judge is Judge Rucker.  President Smitherman's Judge is Judge Powers.

Remember the next General NAACP meeting is Thursday, March 25, 2010 at 6:00 PM at Integrity Hall.  The main agenda item is the Cincinnati Public School Levy.
