The Baptist Ministers Conference will not evaluate a new position until CPS changes their current business practices of economic apartheid. "This is about actions not talk," said Dock Foster president of the Baptist Ministers Conference. . President Dock Foster is in court today at 9:00 am before Judge Fanon Rucker. The Baptist Ministers Conference will defend their president as he fights for African American peoples right to exist economically in Cincinnati. .
