April 20, 2010 Cincinnati NAACP Media Release . President Dock Foster of the Baptist Ministers Conference returns to court tomorrow morning. President Dock Foster must be in court at 9:00 am on April 21, 2010 in room 270. Judge Fanon Rucker is the presiding judge over the case. "The Cincinnati NAACP will continue to stand with President Dock Foster as he fights against economic apartheid in Cincinnati, Ohio," Christopher Smitherman, President of the Cincinnati NAACP says. . Cincinnati Public Schools recently admitted that their institution had inflated the minority inclusion numbers for the district. This now explains why the public has not seen African Americans working on the building of Cincinnati Public Schools for the last six years. "If CPS had not lied, misled the public, engaged in fraud, President Dock Foster would not be in court tomorrow morning," Smitherman says.
