More breaking news regarding Councilman Bortz's conflict of interest. A February 2009 Advisory Opinion Letter from the Ohio Ethics Commission to Councilman Bortz states: "Based on your own statements and the findings of the feasibility study, it appears that the streetcar project will have a definite and direct financial impact on property in which your father has an interest," the five-page advisory opinion concludes.
