Mary Ronan, Superintendent of Cincinnati Public Schools, and Eileen Cooper Reed, President of the Cincinnati School Board, have been subpoenaed to testify on May 26, 2010 and June 15, 2010.

Mary Ronan, Superintendent of Cincinnati Public Schools, and Eileen Cooper Reed, President of the Cincinnati School Board, have been subpoenaed to testify on May 26, 2010 and June 15, 2010. Ronan and Reed have been asked to testify in the trial of Dock Foster, President of the Baptist Ministers Conference, on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 and on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 and the trial of Christopher Smitherman, President of the Cincinnati NAACP. "I hope Ronan and Reed are prepared to come to court and tell the truth," Smitherman says. Foster and Smitherman have been charged with criminal trespassing due to blocking the construction site of North Avondale Montessori School where Cincinnati Public Schools Officials have been misleading the public about African American inclusion numbers. . . .
