The Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS) Board has sent a letter to the City of Cincinnati Solicitor advising that it "prefers that the City of Cincinnati discontinue the prosecution of charges for trespass on District property against Rev. Doc Foster and Christopher Smitherman."
