CINCINNATI, OHIO - JUNE 28, 2012 - The Supreme Court upheld the health care reform law 5-4.  Justice Roberts who was appointed by President Bush wrote the opinion.  "More families in America will have access to health care based on this decision today," Christopher Smitherman, president of the Cincinnati NAACP said.
