Cincinnati NAACP in August will begin discussions about an Executive Mayor form of government.  The Cincinnati NAACP will weigh the merits of a City Manager form of government against an Executive Mayor form of government.  "It is time to look at this issue closely and discuss with other leaders and allies.  The goal is to increase the accountability and transparency at City Hall," Christopher Smitherman, president of the Cincinnati NAACP said.
