CINCINNATI, OHIO - SEPTEMBER 24, 2012 - The Cincinnati NAACP anticipates a decision from the court this week on if early voting will be allowed on the last 3 days before November 6, 2012.  There was high voter turn out in the African American community on the Saturday, Sunday, and Monday prior to the November election 4 years ago.  "The Cincinnati NAACP members are focused on casting legal votes starting on October 2, 2012.  It is our hope that the courts will not allow any changes in the format of early voting.  No matter the political game our organization is prepared," Christopher Smitherman, president of the Cincinnati NAACP said.
