The Cincinnati NAACP will take a position in March on support or non support on a Cincinnati Public School levy.

Dear Superintendent Ronan, School Board Members, and CFT, . The Cincinnati NAACP will take a position in March on support or non support on a school levy. The Executive Committee of the Cincinnati NAACP will discuss the issue on March 18, 2010 at 6:00 PM. The Cincinnati NAACP address is 4439 Reading Rd. You are welcome to attend or send a representative to the March 18, 2010 meeting. The school levy discussion will begin at 6:30 PM. If your team has supporting documentation for the meeting be prepared with 40 handouts. The Executive Committee will keep our deliberation private until the March 25, 2010 General Membership Meeting. . The General Membership will deliberate and vote on March 25, 2010 on if the general membership will support a school levy for 2010-2015. The March 25, 2010 general membership meeting will be held at Integrity Hall in Bond Hill. The motion will give the Cincinnati NAACP Executive Committee direct power to openly campaign against any school levy during the period of 2010-2015. This discussion will open with 3 minute presentations from any participant from the district who would like to address the Cincinnati NAACP membership. However, it is possible that members will want to ask questions after the presentations. Only members in good standing of the Cincinnati NAACP can participate in the March 25, 2010 meeting. .
