Join Cincinnati NAACP president Christopher Smitherman as he and others sleep out at the Hamilton County Board of Elections Monday evening (9/27/10 ) to kick off early voting in Hamilton County on Tuesday, September 28th.

Come to the Board of Elections on Monday, September 27, 2010 and join Cincinnati NAACP president Christopher Smitherman, Dock Foster president of the Baptist Ministers Conference, Lincoln Ware, Nathan Ivey and Ken Anderson of 1230 AM WDBZ as they sleep out at the Board of Elections to kick off early voting in Hamilton County. . Early Voting begins on Tuesday, September 28th at 824 Broadway. "African Americans in Cincinnati will begin to line up to vote in the mid term elections. The polls open at 8:00 AM Tuesday morning and we plan to send a message that African Americans are prepared to participate in the midterm elections and prove the national media wrong," Smitherman said. |
