Mike Wilson Campaign has hired a law firm to file a restraining order on counting provisional ballots cast by Lincoln Heights residents.

CINCINNATI, OHIO - NOVEMBER 15, 2010 - Mike Wilson Campaign has hired
a law firm to file a restraining order on counting provisional ballots
cast by Lincoln Heights residentsLincoln Heights is a predominantly
African American neighborhood in Hamilton County.  The retraining
order will impact the Hunter vs Williams race for Juvenile Court
Judge.  The restraining order is specific to Lincoln Heights.  The
Board of Elections can not move forward in counting the provisional
ballots
cast in Lincoln Heights.  "The Cincinnati NAACP is now moving
its battle ship into this fight.  I am very interested in any
neighborhood that is challenged.  It is my hope that African American
neighborhoods
are not being targeted.  All votes must be counted,"
Christopher Smitherman, president of the Cincinnati NAACP said.
