CINCINNATI, OHIO - NOVEMBER 28, 2010 - City Council and Mayor are
refusing to release 2011 budget.  The City Manager reports to the
Mayor and City Council and most likely has received a directive to not
release the 2011 budget.  City Council faces $60 million deficit!
City Council and the Mayor do not want an extended period of time for
the public to debate the budget.  "City Hall will release budget 24
hours before the first hearing on December 1, 2010 at 6:00 PM Duke
Energy Convention Center
.  This is politics at its lowest point,"
Christopher Smitherman, president of the Cincinnati NAACP said.
