Dear All Members of City Council, The Mayors Office, and City Manager:

Please provide all emails, letters, memos, appointment book
schedules, posted notes, phone records, any and all electronic/written
communication between the City of Cincinnati and Christ Hospital or
any agent of Christ Hospital regarding the Glencoe Property.  Please
provide all specific dates of any meetings between any elected
official or agent of an elected official or the City Manager's
representative or the City Manager between Christ Hospital and City
Hall regarding the Glencoe Property.  This would include specifically
any meetings or emails, letters, memos, appointment book schedules,
posted notes, phone records, any and all electronic/written
communications between Michael Cervay and Christ Hospital regarding
Glencoe Property.

The Cincinnati NAACP is requesting the time frame of the last 4 years
and 5 months. This would include years 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and
January of 2011-May 2011.

Also, please provide all names of any minority developer(s) the City
has done business with between years  2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and
January 2011-May 2011.
