CINCINNATI, OHIO - MAY 20, 2011 - The Cincinnati NAACP has received
the Cincinnati Police Incident Report from Shawn Allen.  The statement
below is what the victim stated was said to him by City Council Member
Chris Bortz:

"Victim states suspect was upset because victim was blowing his horn,
victim states suspect stated "Nigger stop blowing that horn I will
shoot your ass"
.
The Cincinnati NAACP received a fax copy of the Cincinnati Police
Incident Report at 3:32 PM.  The ink was low on the fax machine an
alternative number was provided.  That fax was received at 3:44 PM
with a note stating victim has retracted his allegations at 3:30 PM.
"How does the NAACP get a fax at 3:32 PM with a retraction at 3:30 PM?
I am very concerned that Shawn Allen might have been intimated and
will refer the matter to the FBI.  Remember Council Member Chris Bortz
is Shawn's boss and could be involved in intimating the witness,"
