CINCINNATI, OHIO - MAY 22, 2011-  Cincinnati City Hall launches an
investigation regarding Cincinnati Council Member Chris Bortz using
the word "Nigger" against two sanitation city workers.  The Cincinnati
NAACP and the Baptist Ministers Conference are glad to know that city
hall is moving forward with an investigation regarding his conduct.
"This story will be on the national stage in the next 7 days.  It will
be important that City leadership denounce his behavior prior to CNN
picking up the story.  Silence will show a tolerance for this
unacceptable behavior,"Christopher Smitherman, president of the
Cincinnati NAACP and Dock Foster, president of the Baptist Ministers
Conference said.
