CINCINNATI, OHIO - FEBRUARY 8, 2012 - Council Members Winburn and Smitherman have called a Special Session of Cincinnati City Council regarding the finances and budget of the streetcar project. The Special Session of Council will take place on Friday, February 10, 2012 at 2:00 PM in Council Chambers, 801 Plum Street, 3rd Floor.  All citizens are encouraged to attend.
