The Cincinnati NAACP is pleased to announce that votes have been counted in the Hunter/Williams race for Juvenile Court Judge. The Cincinnati NAACP is confident that Judge Hunter will be a fair judge on the bench.
CINCINNATI, OHIO - APRIL 27, 2012 -The Cincinnati NAACP is pleased to announce that votes have been counted in the Hunter/Williams race for Juvenile Court Judge. The most important right we have as Americans is our vote. Hunter is commended for her perseverance in not accepting an outcome without Hamilton County votes counted. The Cincinnati NAACP strongly encourages the Board of Elections to meet with a delegation of leaders to discuss how we move forward in the November Presidential election. "Hunter has made history by being the first African American to serve as Juvenile Court Judge in Hamilton County. The Cincinnati NAACP is confident that Judge Hunter will be a fair judge on the bench. Judge Dlott has followed the laws of the United States of America in protecting the rights of Americans to cast legal votes.
